Releases are of great benefit as they allow you to set yourself free from old energy patterns and contracts that have been established in the course of ones life, this also frees a person from anything created in a previous life. These statements  allows you to releases these blockages from your energy field which many tend to relive over and over again. After you speak the release the third time and say "and so it is" three times, you experience an energetic release so please take time to sit with that and feel it. You will discover how potent these releases are, and doing them regularly will help you "stay in your spin," or high vibrational alignment which will keep you feeling more joyous and balanced. 


The Releases work best when spoken out loud and from the High Heart, allowing it to lead and guide the words so that it is spoken in alignment with the Absolute Reality of Love and Light of Creator/Source/God/I AM Presence.
